The L'Anse Creuse North Crusaders basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting Port Huron Big Reds to 41 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Monday.

In their next game, the Crusaders face the Dakota Cougars (Macomb, MI) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, March 1. L'Anse Creuse North will attempt to move on its 7-14 season record. The Cougars enter the game with a 12-10 record after their 50-46 non-league win over Heritage (Saginaw, MI).

With the defeat, Port Huron moves to 10-12 on the year. The Big reds travel to L'Anse Creuse (Harrison Township, MI) to face the Lancers in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 28. The Lancers enter the game with a record of 7-14. L'Anse Creuse lost 33-30 in their recent non-league game against Chippewa Valley (Clinton Township, MI)
