The San Juan Spartans volleyball team (Citrus Heights, CA), went down 3-1 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Golden Sierra Grizzlies (Garden Valley, CA)

The Grizzlies (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Center (Antelope, CA). The Cougars enter the Pioneer Valley challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Center defeated Lindhurst (Olivehurst, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Spartans encounter the Twelve Bridges Raging Rhinos (Lincoln, CA) in a Pioneer Valley challenge, on Thursday, February 29. San Juan will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Raging Rhinos enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Marysville (Marysville, CA).
