The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Golden Sierra Grizzlies (Garden Valley, CA) and the visiting San Juan Spartans (Citrus Heights, CA), saw Golden Sierra's volleyball squad beat San Juan by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Golden Sierra upgrades its record to 4-4 on the year. The Grizzlies host Center (Antelope, CA) to play the Cougars in a Pioneer Valley bout on Tuesday, April 9. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 8-5.

The Spartans now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they host Twelve Bridges for a Pioneer Valley bout on Tuesday, April 9.
