In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Branford Buccaneers (Branford, FL) softball team the host Union County Fightin' Tigers (Lake Butler, FL), by a margin of 3-1.

With the triumph, Branford moves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Buccaneers travel to Fort White (Fort White, FL) to play the Indians in a non-league contest on Thursday, February 29. The Indians come into the contest with a record of 2-0. Fort White won 8-5 in their recent non-league contest against Williston (Williston, FL)

In their next game, the Fightin' Tigers play the Lafayette Hornets (Mayo, FL) in a non-league contest, on Friday, March 1. Union County will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
