Florida High School Softball - Branford bounces Union County

The Branford Buccaneers (Branford, FL) softball routed the visiting Union County Fightin' Tigers (Lake Butler, FL), 10-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Buccaneers (13-3) will now prepare for their bout against Madison County (Madison, FL). The Cowboys go into the non-league bout with a 6-6 record. In their last bout, Madison County was routed by Suwannee (Live Oak, FL), 3-0, in a non-league bout.

The Fightin' Tigers now possess a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to Bell for a 1A District 6 bout on Thursday, March 28. Union County will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 7-3 league loss to Branford (Branford, FL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-5.
