The Indians (20-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Fairmont Senior (Fairmont, WV). The Polar Bears come into the Big Ten challenge with a 16-4 record. In their last challenge, Fairmont Senior trounced Nitro (Nitro, WV), 45-39, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars encounter the Buckhannon-Upshur Buccaneers (Buckhannon, WV) in a Big Ten challenge, on Saturday, March 1. Lincoln will attempt to improve on its 3-16 season record. The Buccaneers come into the challenge with a 11-9 record after their 44-31 non-league loss to University (Morgantown, WV).
