Colorado High School Basketball - Denver Academy knocked off by Clear Creek

In Thursday's league test, the Clear Creek Golddiggers (Evergreen, CO) basketball squad knocked off the host Denver Academy Mustangs (Denver, CO), by a score of 64-51.

Next, the Golddiggers encounter the Dawson School Mustangs (Lafayette, CO) in a 3A/2A/1A Mile High test, on Saturday, March 1. Clear Creek will attempt to improve on its 7-15 season record. The Mustangs come into the test with a 9-12 record after their 56-40 non-league win over Front Range Christian (Littleton, CO).

The Mustangs (8-14) will now prepare for their test against Gilpin County (Black Hawk, CO). The Eagles come into the 3A/2A/1A Mile High test with a 0-22 record. In their last test, Gilpin County was knocked off by Union Colony Prep (Greeley, CO), 109-31, in a non-league test.
