Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Rosemount Irish (Rosemount, MN) and the visiting Eagan Wildcats (Eagan, MN), saw Rosemount's basketball squad knock off Eagan by a count of 50-33.

With the victory, Rosemount upgrades its record to 9-16 on the campaign. The Irish travel to Apple Valley (Apple Valley, MN) to play the Eagles in a AAAA Section 3 challenge on Friday, March 3. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 4-21. Apple Valley won 61-52 in their recent league challenge against Burnsville (Burnsville, MN)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Farmington Tigers (Farmington, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 3. Eagan will attempt to upgrade on its 14-11 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 15-10 record after their 48-39 league win over Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN).
