The Kingsford Flivvers topped the visiting Negaunee Miners basketball team by a final score of 47-36 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Flivvers face the North Dickinson Nordics (Felch, MI) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 2. Kingsford will attempt to move on its 15-3 season record. The Nordics enter the game with a 5-14 record after their 57-49 non-league loss to Bark River-Harris (Harris, MI).
With the defeat, Negaunee moves to 15-6 on the year. The Miners host Iron Mountain (Iron Mountain, MI) to face the Mountaineers in a Mid-Peninsula game on Thursday, March 2. The Mountaineers enter the game with a record of 19-1.
