The Northwest Texans held off the visiting Azle Hornets soccer squad by a margin of 3-2 in Tuesday's league match.
The Texans now sport a 8-9 record. They play next when they travel to Granbury for a 5A Region 1 District 5 match on Friday, March 3. Northwest will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 4-0 league loss to Rider (Wichita Falls, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 3-12.
