Mora Rangers/Rangerettes (Mora, NM) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting McCurdy Bobcats (Espanola, NM), 56-49 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mora upgrades its record to 14-13 on the season. The Rangers/Rangerettes travel to Escalante (Tierra Amarilla, NM) to clash with the Lobos in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 29. The Lobos go into the bout with a record of 18-8. Escalante lost 61-44 in their recent non-league bout against Mesa Vista (Ojo Caliente, NM)
