The Superior Central Cougars basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the visiting Mid Peninsula Wolverines to 30 in the Cougars non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Cougars now sport a 16-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Central for a non-league contest on Friday, March 1. Superior Central will battle a Jets team coming off a 61-40 non-league win over Nah Tah Wahsh (Wilson, MI). The Jets record now stands at 10-14.
