The Mescalero Apache Chiefs topped the visiting Lordsburg Mavericks basketball team by a final score of 55-43 in Thursday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Chiefs face the Tularosa Wildcats (Tularosa, NM) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 2. Mescalero Apache will attempt to move on its 14-12 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 21-4 record after their 63-26 league win over Lordsburg (Lordsburg, NM).
With the defeat, Lordsburg moves to 7-19 on the year.
