In Friday's league outing, the St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC) basketball squad beat the host Archbishop Carroll Lions (Washington, DC), by a margin of 65-51.
The Cadets (20-2) will now prepare for their outing against Blue Ridge (St. George, VA). The Barons go into the non-league outing with a 15-9 record. In their last outing, Blue Ridge defeated Miller School of Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA), 52-50, in a non-league outing.
The Lions now own a 6-15 record. They play next when they host St. Mary's Ryken for a Washington Catholic outing on Saturday, February 4. Archbishop Carroll will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 92-66 league loss to DeMatha (Hyattsville, MD). The Knights record now stands at 7-13.
