The Avoyelles Mustangs (Moreauville, LA) basketball crushed the host Glenmora Wildcats (Glenmora, LA), 65-41 in Friday's league test.
The Mustangs (5-10) will now prepare for their test against Rosepine (Rosepine, LA). The Eagles go into the 2A District 4 test with a 15-7 record. In their last test, Rosepine walloped Holy Savior Menard (Alexandria, LA), 69-52, in a league test.
The Wildcats now own a 2-17 record. They play next when they travel to Pickering for a 2A District 4 test on Tuesday, February 7. Glenmora will encounter a Red Devils squad coming off a 86-70 league loss to Oakdale (Oakdale, LA). The Red Devils record now stands at 16-9.
