The East Feliciana Tigers (Jackson, LA) basketball felled the visiting Capitol Lions (Baton Rouge, LA), 70-54 in Friday's league test.
The Tigers (14-8) will now prepare for their test against Amite (Amite, LA). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 10-11 record. In their last test, Amite thwarted Sumner (Kentwood, LA), 73-63, in a league test.
The Lions now own a 9-13 record. They play next when they host Belaire for a non-league test on Monday, February 6. Capitol will encounter a Bengals squad coming off a 67-48 league loss to Broadmoor (Baton Rouge, LA). The Bengals record now stands at 4-16.
