North Carolina High School Basketball - Lincolnton winner over East Burke

February 3, 2023: Connelly Springs, NC 28612

In Friday's league outing, the Lincolnton Wolves (Lincolnton, NC) basketball squad felled the host East Burke Cavaliers (Connelly Springs, NC), by a margin of 52-33.

The Wolves (8-13) will now prepare for their outing against Maiden (Maiden, NC). The Blue Devils go into the 2A Conference 45 outing with a 19-3 record. In their last outing, Maiden thwarted Bunker Hill (Claremont, NC), 77-63, in a league outing.

The Cavaliers now own a 3-17 record. They play next when they travel to West Lincoln for a 2A Conference 45 outing on Tuesday, February 7. East Burke will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 69-67 league loss to West Caldwell (Lenoir, NC). The Rebels record now stands at 6-15.
