In Friday's league match, the host Grady Wildcats basketball team scored a tight 29-26 triumph over the Sands Mustangs.
In their next game, the Wildcats meet the Wellman-Union Wildcats (Wellman, TX) in a 1A Region I District 8 match, on Tuesday, February 7. Grady will attempt to better on its 15-5 season record.
