Jordan Valley Mustangs (Jordan Valley, OR) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Harper Hornets (Harper, OR), 60-54 in a league bout.

With the win, Jordan Valley upgrades its record to 6-9 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Huntington (Huntington, OR) to clash with the Locomotives in a 1A High Desert bout on Saturday, February 4. The Locomotives go into the bout with a record of 10-5. Huntington lost 68-37 in their recent league bout against Adrian (Adrian, OR)

Next up, the Hornets clash with the Four Rivers Falcons (Ontario, OR) in a 1A High Desert bout, on Friday, February 10. Harper will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record.
