In Friday's league outing, the Paragould Rams (Paragould, AR) basketball squad edged the host Searcy Lions (Searcy, AR), by a margin of 72-65.
The Rams (10-15) will now prepare for their outing against Valley View (Jonesboro, AR). The Blazers go into the 5A East outing with a 6-11 record. In their last outing, Valley View was tipped by Batesville (Batesville, AR), 53-50, in a league outing.
The Lions now own a 13-11 record. They play next when they travel to West Memphis for a 5A East outing on Tuesday, February 7. Searcy will clash with a Blue Devils squad coming off a 66-45 league win over Batesville (Batesville, AR). The Blue Devils record now stands at 7-11.
