Minnesota High School Basketball - Simley ripped by St. Thomas Academy

The St. Thomas Academy Cadets basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Simley Spartans to 43 in the Cadets league triumph on Friday.
The Cadets now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mahtomedi for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 7. St. Thomas Academy will battle a Zephyrs team coming off a 83-62 non-league win over Two Rivers (Mendota Heights, MN). The Zephyrs record now stands at 15-2.
The Spartans (6-12) will now prepare for their contest against Tartan (Oakdale, MN). The Titans enter the non-league contest with a 10-7 record. In their last contest, Tartan triumphed over North (North St. Paul, MN), 68-57, in a league contest.
