The Cougars now possess a 24-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oglesby for a 1A Region IV District 25 battle on Tuesday, February 7. Aquilla will confront a Tigers team coming off a 47-21 league win over Gholson (Waco, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 17-6.

The Panthers (1-15) will now prepare for their battle against Jonesboro (Jonesboro, TX). The Eagles come into the 1A Region IV District 25 battle with a 14-9 record. In their last battle, Jonesboro was overwhelmed by Aquilla (Aquilla, TX), 44-23, in a league battle.
