The Monroe Redhawks (Monroe, NC) basketball knocked off the host West Stanly Colts (Oakboro, NC), 57-41 in Friday's league test.

The Redhawks (14-6) will now prepare for their test against Weddington (Matthews, NC). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 5-14 record. In their last test, Weddington went down by Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC), 45-42, in a league test.
