O'Connor Panthers (Helotes, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Warren Warriors (San Antonio, TX), 45-36 in a league bout.

With the victory, O'Connor upgrades its record to 17-13 on the campaign. The Panthers host Stevens (San Antonio, TX) to play the Falcons in a 6A Region IV District 29 bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 19-10. Stevens lost 85-63 in their recent league battle against Brennan (San Antonio, TX)

The Warriors (20-11) will now prepare for their battle against Brandeis (San Antonio, TX). The Broncos come into the non-league battle with a 19-10 record. In their last battle, Brandeis beat SA Roosevelt (San Antonio, TX), 51-21, in a league battle.
