Nebraska High School Basketball - Summerland [Clearwater/Ewing/Orchard] can't hold off West Holt

February 3, 2024: Clearwater, NE

The West Holt Huskies basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Summerland [Clearwater/Ewing/Orchard] Bobcats to 49 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Huskies now sport a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Niobrara/Verdigre for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 6. West Holt will battle a Cougars team coming off a 56-28 league loss to North Central (Bassett, NE). The Cougars record now stands at 0-16.

The Bobcats (15-3) will now prepare for their contest against Elgin/Pope John (Elgin, NE). The Wolfpack enter the non-league contest with a 10-7 record.
