The Spencerville Adventist Academy Hornets were victorious over the visiting Field Falcons basketball squad by a final score of 65-46 in Monday's league outing.

Next, the Hornets clash with the Burke Bengals (Washington, DC) in a DCSAA A outing, on Tuesday, February 4. Spencerville Adventist Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record. The Bengals enter the outing with a 5-4 record after their 60-59 league win over Field (Washington, DC).

The Falcons (0-15) will now prepare for their match against Model Secondary School for the Deaf (Washington, DC). The Eagles enter the DCSAA A match with a 7-18 record. In their last match, Model Secondary School for the Deaf lost by St. Anselm's Abbey (Washington, DC), 44-42, in a league match.
