The Grundy Golden Wave basketball team scored 60 points and limited the visiting River View Raiders to 31 in the Golden Wave non-league triumph on Monday.

The Golden Wave now have a 12-5 record. They play next when they host Twin Valley for a Black Diamond game on Tuesday, February 4. Grundy will confront a Panthers team coming off a 68-36 non-league loss to East Ridge (Lick Creek, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 3-13.

With the loss, River View falls to 2-8 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Van (Van, WV) to confront the Bulldogs in a Freelance game on Wednesday, February 5. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 0-11. Van lost 67-34 in their recent non-league game against Sherman (Seth, WV)
