Nebraska High School Basketball - Mead knocked off by Elmwood-Murdock

The Elmwood-Murdock Knights basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Mead Raiders to 50 in the Knights non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Knights now sport a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Johnson County Central for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 7. Elmwood-Murdock will meet a Thunderbirds team coming off a 68-61 non-league loss to Palmyra (Palmyra, NE). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 11-9.
The Raiders (13-6) will now prepare for their contest against Cedar Bluffs (Cedar Bluffs, NE). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 3-14 record. In their last contest, Cedar Bluffs was defeated by St. Edward (St. Edward, NE), 45-29, in a non-league contest.
