The Weston-McEwen TigerScots tipped the host Grant Union Prospectors basketball team by a final score of 58-55 in Saturday's league game.
In their next game, the TigerScots face the Heppner Mustangs (Heppner, OR) in a 2A Blue Mountain game, on Friday, February 10. Weston-McEwen will attempt to move on its 12-11 season record. The Mustangs enter the game with a 17-4 record after their 81-46 league win over Irrigon (Irrigon, OR).
With the defeat, Grant Union moves to 8-12 on the year. The Prospectors travel to Enterprise (Enterprise, OR) to face the Outlaws in a 2A Blue Mountain game on Friday, February 10. The Outlaws enter the game with a record of 3-15.
