Arizona High School Basketball - Highland Prep trounces North Pointe Prep

The Highland Prep Honey Badgers (Surprise, AZ) basketball crushed the visiting North Pointe Prep Falcons (Phoenix, AZ), 84-31 in Saturday's league test.

The Honey Badgers (18-6) will now prepare for their test against Northland Prep Academy (Flagstaff, AZ). The Spartans go into the 2A Central test with a 9-11 record. In their last test, Northland Prep Academy walloped Mountainside (Wittmann, AZ), 1-0, in a league test.

The Falcons now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they host Glendale Prep Academy for a 2A Central test on Monday, February 6. North Pointe Prep will encounter a Griffins squad coming off a 75-59 league loss to Phoenix Christian (Phoenix, AZ). The Griffins record now stands at 10-8.
