In Saturday's league outing, the Lund Mustangs (Lund, NV) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Tonopah Muckers (Tonopah, NV), by a margin of 68-33.
The Mustangs (15-3) will now prepare for their outing against Pahranagat Valley (Alamo, NV). The Panthers go into the 1A Central outing with a 5-17 record. In their last outing, Pahranagat Valley was trounced by GV Christian (Henderson, NV), 68-31, in a non-league outing.
The Muckers now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they host Round Mountain for a 1A Central outing on Tuesday, February 7. Tonopah will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 63-45 league win over Pahranagat Valley (Alamo, NV). The Knights record now stands at 11-7.
