New Mexico High School Basketball - Magdalena trounces Reserve

The Magdalena Steers (Magdalena, NM) basketball crushed the visiting Reserve Mountaineers (Reserve, NM), 69-10 in Saturday's league test.

The Steers (22-0) will now prepare for their test against Quemado (Quemado, NM). The Eagles go into the A District 2 test with a 10-11 record. In their last test, Quemado was trounced by Mesilla Valley Christian School (Las Cruces, NM), 54-32, in a league test.

The Mountaineers now own a 4-17 record. They play next when they host Animas for a A District 2 test on Thursday, February 9.
