The Plano East Panthers basketball team (Plano, TX), was nudged 52-50 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Plano Wildcats (Plano, TX)
The Wildcats now possess a 20-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Coppell for a 6A Region I District 6 battle on Tuesday, February 7. Plano will confront a Cowboys team coming off a 56-43 league loss to Hebron (Carrollton, TX). The Cowboys record now stands at 22-10.
The Panthers (27-4) will now prepare for their battle against Plano West (Plano, TX). The Wolves come into the 6A Region I District 6 battle with a 15-16 record. In their last battle, Plano West was nudged by Lewisville (Lewisville, TX), 48-42, in a league battle.
