The Solon Comets routed the host Euclid Panthers basketball team by a final score of 80-27 in Saturday's league game.
In their next game, the Comets face the Wadsworth Grizzlies (Wadsworth, OH) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, February 8. Solon will attempt to move on its 17-4 season record. The Grizzlies enter the game with a 11-8 record after their 43-42 league loss to Stow-Munroe Falls (Stow, OH).
With the defeat, Euclid moves to 2-19 on the year.
