The Elida Tigers basketball squad (Elida, NM), was crushed 80-20 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Melrose Buffaloes (Melrose, NM)

With the victory, Melrose advances its record to 15-4 on the year. The Buffaloes host Lake Arthur (Lake Arthur, NM) to meet the Panthers in a A District 4 battle on Thursday, February 6.
