Washington, DC High School Basketball - St. Andrew's Episcopal triumphant over Georgetown Day

The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the St. Andrew's Episcopal Lions (Potomac, MD) and the host Georgetown Day Mighty Hoppers (Washington, DC), observed St. Andrew's Episcopal's basketball team overwhelm Georgetown Day by a margin of 59-37.
The Lions (15-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Saint James (Hagerstown, MD). The Saints come into the Mid-Atlantic challenge with a 7-16 record. In their last challenge, Saint James trounced Catoctin (Thurmont, MD), 86-31, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Mighty Hoppers battle the Flint Hill Huskies (Oakton, VA) in a Mid-Atlantic challenge, on Thursday, February 6. Georgetown Day will attempt to better on its 4-14 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 12-10 record after their 84-56 league win over Maret (Washington, DC).
