Maryland High School Basketball - Paint Branch succumbs to Springbrook

February 4, 2025: Silver Spring, MD 20904

The Springbrook Blue Devils defeated the visiting Paint Branch Panthers basketball squad by a final score of 65-53 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Blue Devils clash with the Sherwood Warriors (Sandy Spring, MD) in a Montgomery County - East outing, on Friday, February 7. Springbrook will attempt to upgrade on its 15-2 season record. The Warriors come into the outing with a 17-1 record after their 67-45 league win over Richard Montgomery (Rockville, MD).

The Panthers (7-11) will now prepare for their outing against Blake (Silver Spring, MD). The Bengals come into the Montgomery County - East outing with a 15-1 record. In their last outing, Blake overcame Damascus (Damascus, MD), 61-48, in a non-league outing.
