Virginia High School Basketball - Radford tipped by Floyd County

The Floyd County Buffaloes basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Radford Bobcats to 47 in the Buffaloes league triumph on Monday.
The Buffaloes now sport a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Alleghany for a Three Rivers contest on Thursday, February 8. Floyd County will meet a Cougars team coming off a 64-55 league win over Glenvar (Salem, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 16-5.
The Bobcats (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Carroll County (Hillsville, VA). The Cavaliers enter the Three Rivers contest with a 18-1 record. In their last contest, Carroll County nudged Patrick County (Stuart, VA), 89-42, in a league contest.
