Woodland Wolverines (Dorchester, SC) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Barnwell Warhorses (Barnwell, SC), 63-36 in a league bout.

With the win, Woodland upgrades its record to 7-13 on the season. The Wolverines host Edisto (Cordova, SC) to play the Cougars in a AA Region 6 bout on Wednesday, February 7. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 7-10.

Next up, the Warhorses play the Hampton County Hurricanes (Varnville, SC) in a AA Region 6 bout, on Thursday, February 8. Barnwell will attempt to upgrade on its 2-15 season record. The Hurricanes go into the bout with a 14-10 record after their 45-41 league loss to Woodland (Dorchester, SC).
