The Mariners now possess a 23-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grace Academy for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 6. Jackson Day will confront a Lions team coming off a 48-40 non-league loss to Greater Cabarrus Stallions (Concord, NC). The Lions record now stands at 6-12.

The Knights (14-6) will now prepare for their battle against Valor Preparatory Academy (Concord, NC). The Owls come into the non-league battle with a 2-12 record. In their last battle, Valor Preparatory Academy was toppled by Piedmont Community Charter (Gastonia, NC), 68-14, in a league battle.
