Illinois High School Basketball - Princeville can't hold off Wethersfield

The Wethersfield Flying Geese basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the host Princeville Princes to 44 in the Flying Geese league victory on Monday.
The Flying Geese now sport a 23-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Galva for a Lincoln Trail contest on Wednesday, February 7.
The Princes (16-12) will now prepare for their contest against Stark County (Toulon, IL). The Rebels come into the Lincoln Trail contest with a 3-24 record. In their last contest, Stark County was nudged by Abingdon/Avon (Abingdon, IL), 57-30, in a league contest.
