The John Paul II Catholic Saints (Greenville, NC) basketball nipped the visiting Coastal Christian Centurions (Wilmington, NC), 42-39 in Monday's non-league test.
The Saints (7-7) will now prepare for their test against Greenfield (Wilson, NC). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 18-1 record. In their last test, Greenfield got by Wilson Prep (Wilson, NC), 64-62, in a non-league test.
The Centurions now own a 4-5 record.
