In Wednesday's league contest, the host Morristown-Beard Crimson basketball team scored a good 60-49 triumph over the Pequannock Golden Panthers.

The Crimson (14-2) will now prepare for their contest against Newton (Newton, NJ). The Braves go into the non-league contest with a 6-9 record.

In their next game, the Golden Panthers battle the Mountain Lakes Lakers (Mountain Lakes, NJ) in a Northwest Jersey - Independence contest, on Saturday, February 8.
