In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting Blaine Bengals basketball team scored a good 56-44 triumph over the Champlin Park Rebels.
The Bengals (11-9) will now prepare for their contest against Thief River Falls (Thief River Falls, MN). The Prowlers go into the non-league contest with a 12-8 record. In their last contest, Thief River Falls was toppled by Sacred Heart (East Grand Forks, MN), 55-52, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Rebels confront the Maranatha Christian Academy Mustangs (Brooklyn Park, MN) in a non-league contest, on Friday, February 7. Champlin Park will attempt to better on its 4-14 season record. The Mustangs go into the contest with a 11-4 record after their 74-51 non-league win over North (North St. Paul, MN).
