The Cony Rams basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Skowhegan River Hawks to 48 in the Rams league triumph on Monday.
The Rams now sport a 15-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lawrence for a A North contest on Thursday, February 9. Cony will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 53-44 league loss to Gardiner (Gardiner, ME). The Bulldogs record now stands at 12-3.
The River Hawks (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Gardiner (Gardiner, ME). The Tigers enter the A North contest with a 16-1 record. In their last contest, Gardiner ran past Lawrence (Fairfield, ME), 53-44, in a league match.
