North Carolina High School Basketball - Albemarle tipped by Mount Pleasant

The Mount Pleasant Tigers basketball team scored 85 points and held the host Albemarle Bulldogs to 81 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Piedmont for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 7. Mount Pleasant will meet a Panthers team coming off a 76-25 league win over Central Academy (Monroe, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 13-8.
The Bulldogs (2-18) will now prepare for their contest against North Rowan (Spencer, NC). The Cavaliers enter the non-league contest with a 10-9 record. In their last contest, North Rowan nudged North Hills Christian (Salisbury, NC), 94-74, in a non-league contest.
