The Storm now possess a 20-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eastern Guilford for a 3A Mid-State battle on Friday, February 9. Southern Guilford will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 68-56 league loss to Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-20.

The Golden Eagles (17-4) will now prepare for their contest against High Point Central (High Point, NC). The Bison enter the 3A Mid-State contest with a 8-12 record. In their last contest, High Point Central was routed by Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC), 68-53, in a league contest.
