The Broad Run Spartans basketball team scored 75 points and held the host John Champe Knights to 56 in the Spartans league triumph on Tuesday.

The Spartans now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woodgrove for a Catoctin contest on Thursday, February 8. Broad Run will meet a Wolverines team coming off a 72-30 league win over Park View (Sterling, VA). The Wolverines record now stands at 18-3.

The Knights (11-10) will now prepare for their contest against Loudoun County (Leesburg, VA). The Captains enter the Catoctin contest with a 2-19 record. In their last contest, Loudoun County was outscored by Heritage (Leesburg, VA), 45-43, in a non-league contest.
