Texas High School Basketball - Sands trounces Dawson

The Sands Mustangs (Ackerly, TX) basketball crushed the host Dawson Dragons (Welch, TX), 58-28 in Tuesday's league test.
The Mustangs (18-9) will now prepare for their test against Loop (Loop, TX). The Longhorns go into the 1A Region I District 8 test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Loop was trounced by Klondike (Lamesa, TX), 60-57, in a league test.
The Dragons now own a 0-15 record.
