Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Milford Bearcats (Milford, IL) and the visiting Iroquois West Raiders (Gilman, IL), witnessed Milford's basketball squad beat Iroquois West by a margin of 59-39.

The Bearcats (12-16) will now prepare for their test against South Newton (Kentland, IN). The Rebels go into the non-league test with a 3-13 record. In their last test, South Newton was beaten by Donovan (Donovan, IL), 47-34, in a non-league test.

The Raiders now own a 10-17 record. They play next when they travel to Armstrong for a Vermilion Valley test on Thursday, February 8. Iroquois West will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 58-52 league loss to Chrisman (Chrisman, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 12-15.
